Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. As a small operation, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless something arrives damaged, or we are at fault. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final, but if you have a change of address, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee updates once an order is placed.


How can I be sure I’m ordering the correct size?
All products include a size chart in the description to help you choose the correct size. Please double-check your selection before placing your order.


How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via Shopify to the contact method
provided with your order.

Who is responsible if my package is lost or delayed during shipping?
After packages are shipped, any issues due to carrier mishandling or delays are out of our control. Domestic (US) customers should contact USPS if any issues
arise. For international orders, once the package lands in your country, you will need to contact your local postal service if any issues arise.

What happens if my package gets held by customs?
Customs processes are managed by each country individually, so any applicable customs fees and/or sales tax/VAT are the responsibility of the customer. If customs seizes your package, we
can only issue a refund if the package is returned in its original condition. If you refuse or return your order, we cannot refund international shipping charges or
local government fees.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, domestic orders to P.O. boxes ship via USPS with tracking.

What if my package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local postal service to file a claim or address the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address?
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can arrange reshipment at your cost once the package is returned to our facility.
